Behaviour Consultant: Lauren Keating, M.Ed., BCBA

Hours Required: 3-8

Looking for a fun, compassionate and creative Behaviour Interventionist to work with our happy and energetic 3 year old daughter with ASD. She loves alphabets, singing and loves playing with the adults that visit her home! Intervention will take place at home located in Holdom Station area, and will focus on language & communication and social skills. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

-A love for interacting with young children (and prior experience doing so)
-A good communicator
-An ability to work independently, but also accepting of regular feedback from trainers
-An ability to commit for a year

Prior experience as a Behaviour Interventionist is not necessary, as training will be provided by Lauren Keating, M.Ed., BCBA, who is leading the team. Candidates must be willing to undergo a Criminal Record Check.

We are looking for a commitment of 3-4 shifts per week, in mornings or early afternoons.

Hours Required: Mondays at 4:00pm – 5:30/6:00pm

Focus of home program is on:

1. Reading Comprehension

2. Math – word problems (focus: comprehension)
